Streets are: Elm St from Jefferson Rd to Houston St.
Houston St. from Elm to Cedar St
W Crockett from Main to Mesquite and E Crockett from Main to bridge in front of Car Wash
W Travis from Mesquite to Main
Mesquite St to Bell St.
