Bluebonnet Scholarship Congratulations

Please join me in extending heartfelt congratulations to City Administrator Teresa Johnson as the recipient of a scholarship from the Bluebonnet Chapter of the Texas Municipal Clerks Association in recognition of her professional excellence. This scholarship will support her continued education in the field.

Since joining the city in 2018, Teresa has worked tirelessly behind the scenes automating and streamlining processes, which has allowed her to absorb the significantly expanded breadth, depth, and complexity of city operations. She brings back fresh ideas from each class she takes and networks across the area to identify and apply best practices.

On a personal note, I am grateful for Teresa's calm and knowledgeable support as I have held council member and mayor's roles. Congratulations!
